Andrea is a lifelong UU whose passion for family support and education has lead her from community work as a public health nurse to religious education programming.
She has been Director of Religious Education at UUCM for over fourteen years. Her further education includes UUA Renaissance Recognition, U.U. Leadership School, Our Whole Lives sexuality education training and Befriender training. In 2001 she received the Prairie Star District award for excellence in education, called the "Ellie Morton Award." Andrea serves on the Prairie Star District (PSD) Chapter of LREDA (Liberal Religious Educators Association) as treasurer and chairs the Endowment committee for continental LREDA.
Most importantly, she is supported by her husband, Bill, and her four grown children, all of which have been involved at UUCM. My title should read: Director of Religious Education for Children and Youth The ministry is called Lifespan Religious Education Ministry whose mission (now) is:
To be a catalyst and support for spiritual growth, transformation and progressive change within our congregation and the wider community
There are three leadership teams for this ministry:

- Religious Education for Children and Youth - Lisa Stock, chairperson
- Youth Group - April Kaisen, Youth Advisor
