What are Sunday Services like?

Sunday Services are held at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., from September 10 through May 10, and at 10:00 a.m. during the summer months. They typically include music, hymns, readings, a time for all ages, a collection, a speaker and are followed by a fellowship hour with refreshments in the adjoining North Room. Visitors are encouraged to introduce themselves during the service and the fellowship hour. Information for visitors is available at the Visitor's Table in the sanctuary. Learn more...

What do people wear?

Attire ranges from jeans and t-shirts, sweaters and skirts, to suits and dresses. People are encouraged to dress as they are comfortable.

Where can I park?

Free parking is available on Walker and Rice streets and in the Wayzata City Hall lot on Rice Street across from the church. There is also a free city ramp down the hill from the church on Walker Street. Learn more...

Does UUCM provide childcare?

Childcare is provided for infants and young children during all services. At the 11:00 a.m. service during the school year, pre-school children through senior high youth join the congregation in the sanctuary at the beginning of the service and may then join religious education classes or remain with the congregation. Children should be signed in with the Religious Education Greeter on the lower level before the service begins and picked up following the service. Learn more...

Is UUCM handicap accessible?

Handicap parking is available in front of the main church entrance on Walker Street. A drop-off spot and wheelchair accessible ramp is located to the left of the main entrance. The sanctuary and North Room restroom are wheelchair accessible. Headphones are available during services for audio enhancement.
